Perspectives of electric vehicles: customer suitability and renewable energy integration

摘要: Nowadays most car makers are about to start the production of battery electric vehicles and rangeextended in series. Two crucial questions arise, one concerning customer suitability these vehicles, other integration power system. For this purpose daily trips from an extensive survey passenger transportation were simulated with (based on real world models) analyze identify boundaries for load management vehicle fleet. The impact future system, terms generation capacity requirements utilization as well generator start-ups, has been analyzed using optimization tool REMix considering both uncontrolled controlled charging.
