摘要: Apoptosis of preadipocytes and adipocytes contributes to the balance adipose tissue mass by reducing adipocyte number. To address this phenomenon, we treated cultured rat S-V cells with all-trans-retinoic acid (RA) (10 μM) or C2-ceramide (50 during adipogenesis. Gel electrophoresis DNA from in serum-free medium showed that 10 μM RA 50 ceramide induced a distinct laddering pattern fragments. Cellular caspase 3 activity, another marker apoptosis, was increased (P < 0.05), but not μm C2-ceramide. RT-PCR results decreased expression Bcl-2 mRNA. These suggest fat cell loss apoptosis can be regulated, part, which increases activity decreases cells. apparently works through different cellular mechanism induce apoptosis.
