摘要: The term “cell senescence” initially means how the cells change when they get old due to their aging. It contains 2 meanings, one a cell changes it is isolated from in vivo original animals or plants such as vitro culture, while other all of an animal plant aging individual plant. In order study senescence, we have research techniques clarify old, i.e., morphological technique and functional technique. former employs microscopy either light microscope electron observe structure tissues, latter physiological biochemical electric activities chemical components. Since I am anatomist had learned technique, employed by microscopy. first studied meaning senescence many years ago (more than 50 years) changed was experimental mice rats culture (Nagata 1956, 1957a,b), then moved on bodies 1959, 1962, Nagata Momoze et al. 1960a,b).
