摘要: Abstract The in vitro activity of cefoperazone, ceftazidime, ceftizoxime, moxalactam, and N-forminidoyl thienamycin was evaluated alone combination with amikacin to assess possible synergistic against isolates amikacin-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa multidrug-resistant Serratia marcescens Klebsiella pneumoniae susceptible (one S. isolate also resistant amikacin). checkerboard agar dilution method used. Ceftazidime followed by moxalactam cefoperazone were the most active agents versus P. testing. Ceftazidime, showed greatest marcescens, all except K. . finding synergy or partial testing found majority three genera, including levels below breakpoint for both β-lactam agents. This wide indicates that clinical evaluation these treatment infections is warranted.
