摘要: Analytical improvements were developed and validated for measuring select personal care products (PCPs) two pharmaceuticals in fish tissue. The method was using fortified fillet tissue twelve PCPs including fragrance materials, alkylphenols, photo initiators, triclosan as well carbamazepine (anti-seizure) diazepam (anti-convulsant). analytical utilized pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) combined with silica gel cleanup, permeation chromatography, gas chromatography ion-trap tandem mass spectrometry. Silica cleanup the PLE to produce one automated extraction/cleanup technique. This improvement served reduce incurred cost, time, loss of potential target analytes associated independent steps. technique resulted an average increase 10% analyte recoveries. Average triplicate recoveries relative standard deviations entire method, 2.5 g tissue, 92 ± 9% (recoveries ranged from 64 131%). sensitivity methods improved by optimizing resonant collision induced dissociation energy hundredths place (0.01 V). Improvements ion production range 24 122% six 12 PCPs. Statistically derived detection limits (MDLs) also lowered on a factor 8 1.2 38 ng/g wet weight. MDLs 18 3.7 weight, respectively. Galaxolide tonalide measured environmental sample at concentrations 81 5.5
