摘要: In the present study, we wanted to review role of cannabinoids in learning and memory animal models, with respect their interaction effects six principal neurotransmitters involved including dopamine, glutamate, GABA (γ-aminobutyric acid), serotonin, acetylcholine, noradrenaline. Cannabinoids induce a wide-range unpredictable on cognitive functions, while mechanisms are not fully understood. different brain regions neurotransmitters, show diverse responses. Previous findings have shown that agonists antagonists various such as similar effect, paradoxical or dualistic effect. It should be forgotten neurotransmitter systems can also play roles mediating functions. Thus, aimed discuss effect memory. addition, mentioned type interactions between systems. We suggested investigating is critical neuropharmacological issue considered future studies.
