摘要: The order of G4 Haemophilus influenzae Rd (HindII) DNA fragments was mapped by electron microscopy. HindII were annealed to φX174 viral singles-tranded circles and found partially hybridize. Eight eighteen percent the had a fragment attached, depending upon time annealing. restriction enzyme cleavage map aligned with analyzing under microscope partial heteroduplex molecules consisting single-stranded Arthrobacter luteus (AluI) as markers fragments. These results indicate that gene bacteriophages is same. Despite high frequency φX174/G4 observed microscope, heterologous marker rescue experiments mutant strand not successful, except in case amber mutation E (am3).
