Survival of MHC-deficient mouse heterotopic cardiac allografts.

摘要: The immunologic mechanisms involved in the destruction of murine cardiac allografts were evaluated using MHC-deficient mice. Specifically, we examined survival immediately vascularized heterotopic adult grafts deficient MHC class I, II, or both I and II antigens following transplantation to allogeneic hosts. We observed indefinite graft when donors lacked antigens.
