摘要: This study investigated the influence of left ventricular end-diastolic filling pressure (LVEDP) on instantaneous transmitral inflow velocities as assesed by pulsed Doppler echocardiography. The was performed in 87 consecutive patients with coronary artery disease (12 women, 65 men, mean age 58 ± 8 years, range 37 to 78 years) whom trancings mitral were recorded 24 hours before diagnostic cardiac catheterization. ratio early-to-late diastolic velocity integrals significantly correlated LVEDP (r = 0.35, SD 0.77, p < 0.001). In addition, a comparison ≥20 mm Hg those <20 Hg, peak early (R) higher, late (A) lower, and hence RA area under curve/area curve (EL) ratios higher markedly elevated pressures (LVEDP 20 Hg: R 41 12, A 56 16, 0.75 0.23, EL 1.0 0.4, n 54, ≥ 49 18, 46 1.23 0.9, 1.94 1.2, 34. An 1.4 showed sensitivity 59%, specificity 83%, positive predictive accuracy 69%, negative predicting 76% detecting LVEDP. Thus results this indicate that dynamics assessed Doppler-derived are related disease.
