摘要: Abstract Biologically active peptides released by proteins are important in regulating immunity. The purpose of this study was to isolate and purify an immunologically peptide from Hericium erinaceus (H. erinaceus) explore its effect on cytokine secretion differentiation macrophages. An with amino acid sequence, Lys-Ser-Pro-Leu-Tyr (KSPLY) obtained H. protein ultrafiltration combined multistage chromatography separation identification technology. Subsequently, it confirmed that the synthetic KSPLY had a good immunomodulatory activity at concentration 100 μmol/L could promote NO, IL-1β, IL-6 TNF-α effects M1 macrophages M2 were also studied. Results showed inhibited NO promoted tendency transform Therefore, can be concluded is effective may beneficial cancer treatment human health improvement.
