摘要: In this study, willingness to pay (WTP) for loss of productivity and consolation compensation by parties traffic accidents is investigated using the Tobit model. addition, WTP compared determined Taiwanese courts. The modelling results showed that variables such as education, average individual monthly income, accident history, past experience severe injuries, number working days lost due a accident, accepting accident-caused caused have positive impact on WTP. these two costs were obtained. We found willing more than 90% court in scenario minor moderate injuries. Parties approximately 80% disability fatality. Therefore, related agencies can use our study findings basis determining should losses different types.
