摘要: A number of issues concerning the delivery sexually transmitted disease (STD) services by means specialist units have arisen. Some these include following: rapid spread HIV and effectiveness efficient STD control; failure traditional clinical models to provide adequate services; perceived need integrate sexual management programs with reproductive health within primary care (PHC) system; importance integrating STD/HIV prevention programs. These problems are widely evident in developing societies where control is becoming a major concern. In some there has been complete integration PHC system. Within this setting can be intensified through promotion education general public attending system outreach activities sex workers screening prenatal family planning clinics. Although cannot instituted countries without external funding generally cost-effective. Thus into an will likely best strategy for control.
