摘要: Analyses on DNA microarrays depend considerably spot quality and a low background signal of the glass support. By using betaine as an additive to spotting solution made saline sodium citrate, both binding efficiency spotted PCR products homogeneity spots is improved significantly aminated surfaces such slides coated with widely used poly-l-lysine or aminosilane.
