摘要: Abstract The N H, B and H co-doped diamond are synthesized at pressures of 5.0–6.0GPa temperatures 1300–1650 °C. reaction pressure for the transformation graphite-to-diamond significantly increased with increasing light elements content in starting materials. results SEM reveal that major surfaces defect growth this study steps distort reliefs. presence re-entrant corner provided by twinned structure play an important role formation strip slice morphology.FTIR XPS measurementsindicate special element composition co-dopeddiamond from work will provide information design high performance related We also discussthe direct correlation between mechanism natural thesynergistic doping effect N, B, element.
