摘要: An efficient binary optimization method named particle swarm (BPSO) algorithm was used to optimize an array of plasmonic nano-rods in order design optical switch. In the proposed switch, switch has been excited by two monochromatic incident plan-waves with same frequency and angles θ = 0 θ = 90. When only signal is applied, wave transmitted when both signals are applied simultaneously, coherent perfect absorption occurs waves suppressed. Therefore, θ = 90 acts as control signal. BPSO, a birds including matrix entries responsible for controlling array, shows presence symbol (‘1’) absence (‘0’).
