摘要: Adaptive co-management (ACM) is a key concept in science and an increasingly adopted policy response conservation, associated with number of positive outcomes. However, the effects mechanisms arrangements, including conditions under which ACM gives rise to higher levels internal external legitimacy, are yet be explored. This endeavor, turn, requires theoretically driven models providing assumptions outlining testable hypotheses. Considering social challenges using institutional change within Swedish carnivore management system aimed at achieving legitimacy through as illustrative example, this article develops conceptual model that encompasses possible explanations More specifically, drawing on lessons from theory, we impact three factors—social networks, deliberation learning—on resulting arrangements. Based proposed, popular outcomes can thus empirically scrutinized for increased arrangements better comprehended.
