摘要: Foxa2 is one member of the Foxa subfamily winged helix/forkhead box (Fox) transcription factors which has been found to play important roles in multiple stages mammalian life, beginning with early development, continuing during organogenesis, and finally metabolism homeostasis adult. To explore involvement its epigenetic regulations cellular senescence, we established premature senescence model induced by hydrogen peroxide comparison replicative senescence. The mRNA level was downregulated both senescent cells. We further increased DNA methylation new at CpG sites promoter 43.6% methylated islands while only 5.7% 17.1% young cells separately. Moreover, noted alterations histone modifications including decreased H3 acetylation, H4 (Lys-20) trimethylation or (Lys-4) across start regions Taken together, silencing associated an trimethylation, acetylation involved
