摘要: Fatigue properties of Ti-6Al-4V subjected to simulated body fluid (SBF) environment were presented in this paper. Using the ultrasonic fatigue testing technique, ultra-high cycle alloy subjection SBF two groups for days and six respectively temperature studied initiation mechanisms cracks investigated analyzed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) energy dispersive atomic X-ray (EDX). Then, a comparison corresponding behaviors no treatment was made. The results show that, S-N curves Ti6Al-4V after have similar tendency that treatment, is, they descend continuously during 104 108 cycles descending is lower region 107-108 cycles; life specimens descends heavier before 107 than treatment; has little difference days. failure initiates from internal inclusion where mostly element Al aggregates at regime.
