摘要: A light microscope for imaging a sample containing one or more fluorescent agents, comprising source generating acoustic waves that are focused at focus in the sample, wherein frequency shift of passing through focus, thereby creating shifted beam; least spatial modulator (SLM) positioned to illuminate with an output beam is optical phase conjugate beam, reflection first reference off pixels SLM, and modulating create detector detect fluorescence generated by exciting agents sample.
