摘要: Series or parallel LED arrays are formed on a highly resistive substrate, such that both the p- and n-contacts for array same side of array. The individual LEDs electrically isolated from each other by trenches ion implantation. Interconnects deposited connects contacts in In some embodiments, III-nitride devices sapphire substrates. one embodiment, two single substrate connected antiparallel to form monolithic electrostatic discharge protection circuit. multiple series . parallel. layer phosphor covers portion which more is formed.
