摘要: Markov chain analysis (one-step and long-run) is applied to the National Resources Inventory (NRI) database evaluate changes in wind-based soil erosion rates over time. The research compares between NRI sample sites with without conservation practices for a random of Great Plains counties. No significant differences are found half counties evaluated. effectiveness efficiency policies thus questioned light these results.
