摘要: Methods for making hollow silica particle are disclosed, said particles made from a composition comprising silicon-containing compound selected the group consisting of tetraalkoxysilanes, trialkyloxysilanes and derivatives thereof, dialkoxysilanes alkoxysilanes silicone oligomers, oligomeric silsesquioxanes polymers distributed over polymer template core that is eliminated particle. The present invention have substantially uniform size exhibit low permeability to liquids.
