摘要: The present disclosure provides methods for assessing a patient's cancer risk and/or recurrence risk, which comprise assaying, in biological sample obtained from the gastrointestinal (GI) tract of patient, an expression level gene. also involving risk/recurrence sequence, i.e. V600E mutation BRAF gene, is useful patient.
