摘要: This paper is a non-technical survey of the literature on offshoring and outsourcing, with special focus relevance this for Asia. We first see how to what extent new helps us understand firms' tradeoffs between outsourcing integration, variation in mixes organizational forms location outsourced activities. also explore plausibly triggers thereafter determines its dynamics. Finally, we draw inferences from existing theory empirical work about developmental impact Asia, attention issues related inequality poverty.
