摘要: Small bowel neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) are increasing in incidence and now the most common primary malignancies of small intestine. Despite this increase, vague presentation slow growth these lead to long delays diagnosis, many patients present with metastases. Patients metastatic NETs have a favorable disease prognosis, particularly when contrasted other GI malignancies, benefit from aggressive, multimodal therapy. During past decade, options for diagnosis treatment increased considerably. This review provides practical framework physician who seek understand epidemiology, presentation, management NETs.
