摘要: This communication reports design, self-assembly, solution, and solid-state characterization of nanoscale coordination cages formed by tetradentate cavitand ligands appropriate metal precursors. The preorganization the ligand in terms structural rigidity relative orientation pyridyl units leads to exclusive formation a wide temperature concentration range. Desired features cage self-assembly process, such as reversibility presence competitive self-recognition components, have been assessed.
