摘要: Abstract Populus euphratica Oliver is a poplar species with very strong tolerance to drought, high temperature, alkalinity and salinity, but it difficult propagate due its intrinsic physiological defects. In this study, an efficient in vitro plant regeneration protocol for P. has been established by using the young leaves stems as explants. With protocol, among six types of explants tested, five ones simultaneously produced shoots calli on MS medium supplemented 0.5 mg/L α-naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) N 6 -benzyl aminopurine (BA). Besides, further differentiated into adventitious buds or 0.1 mg/L NAA, BA 10 − 4 –10 − 1 mg/L brassinolide (BL). The rates buds/shoots that from were up 52.7% 73.3% respectively. Up 75% rooted 1/2 indole-3-butyric (IBA) grew well outdoor soil. Moreover, was found presence BL, shoot rate callus increased 4–57%, time shortened 20–30 days. This first report describes direct indirect organogenesis occurring , BL can significantly promote differentiation shoots.
