摘要: In some embodiments of the present invention, an architecture comprises a cross platform specification for manageability to provide secure execution environment independent host operating system which can execute third party management capability extensions, called Capability Modules (CM's) enhance manageability. At least one embodiment invention enables autonomic, utility, and on-demand computing. An (OS) sensor effector transmits information about health OS (PM) component using EFI services. The PM may enforce recovery actions recover from disastrous conditions or recommend in order prevent possible fatal condition under could be subject severe performance degradation. Other are described claimed.
