摘要: Objective The aim of this article is to study secondary cranial signs in fetuses with spina bifida a precisely defined screening period between 18 + 0 and 22 + 0 weeks gestation. Method On the basis retrospective analysis 627 bifida, value indirect cerebral markers was assessed by well-trained ultrasonographers 13 different prenatal centres accordance ISUOG (International Society Ultrasound Obstetrics Gynecology) guidelines on fetal neurosonography. Results Open diagnosed 98.9% cases whereas 1.1% closed bifida. Associated chromosomal abnormalities were found 6.2%. The banana lemon evident 97.1% 88.6% cases. Obliteration cisterna magna seen 96.7%. Cerebellar diameter, head circumference biparietal diameter below 5th percentile chromosomally normal 72.5%, 69.7% 52%, respectively. width posterior horn lateral ventricle above 95th 57.7%. dependent chromosome status horn. Biparietal also statistical significance p = 0.0068. Pregnancy terminated 89.6% cases. Conclusion In standard measuring planes, sign, sign an inability image cistern are very reliable ultrasound © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
