摘要: This paper describes the utilisation of a semi-automatic hydride generation device coupled to microwave-induced argon-helium plasma that is used with 0.5-m monochromator for analysis germanium, arsenic, selenium, tin and antimony in several complex samples. Incorporated system are condensation tube Chromosorb 102 column separate analyte species from hydrogen evolved during course reaction, analytes condensed contaminants cause spectral background interferences.Results reported standard recoveries relative precision whole blood enriched flour.
