摘要: Recently, the importance of balancing building and process energy in manufacturing is growing because both comfortable working environment efficiency have emerged as important element for advancing system. One way achieving balance to optimize operation HVAC system (Heating, Ventilating Air Conditioning System) such a that temperatures states heating cooling are optimized. In this chapter, plant simulation models developed by customizing EnergyPlus™ (below written EnergyPlus) two new control approaches air conditioning economizer dynamic mist evaluated with models. The results reveal (1) use can save 8.4 % yearly compared business-as-usual case without compromising quality selected example location; (2) application significant machining plants three locations, at same time, keeping worker health protection foremost. This chapter also provides short instruction EnergyPlus. EnergyPlus was originally public domain software package estimate consumptions complex. Therefore, its applications limited commercial buildings, not industrial facilities. order it facilities, expansion required. With an room welding equipment, step guidance toward understanding details simulation.
