摘要: The aim of this research was to examine the effect UV-C on resistance lettuce Botrytis cinerea and Sclerotinia minor. Analysis lesion surfaces showed that plants exposed were less susceptible two pathogens, especially fourth day after inoculation. Chlorophyll, carotenoid contents malondialdehyde hydrogen peroxide assayed 1 day 4 days. Lettuces treated with inoculated an increase in chlorophyll content, 24 h inoculation, low values indicators oxidative stress as compared lettuces which but did not receive treatment.
