摘要: Summary This paper deals with load side management strategy for (photovoltaic–wind–diesel) hybrid system medium rural health building located in the Sahara region. The presents an overview about geographic and climate data of location develops a typical profile electrical energy, depending on real investigation daily electricity consumption. base proposed is control air conditioning non-critical lighting as they consume more than 50% total power result shows that reduction peak consumption 20% using strategy, which has significant economical, technical, environmental benefits.
