Systems engineering in industry internship and academic projects

摘要: Large complex Industrial projects most often are interdisciplinary and require a systems engineering approach to guarantee success. In this paper we present successful implementation of true summer internship program in industry. We exported the methods lessons learned an academic environment. For each project group six fifteen students were selected solve practical industry problem produce detailed design for specified project. Different aspects plan assigned members who qualified or expressed interest specific area specialization. Three industrial one method explained paper.
