摘要: AbstractPurpose: We evaluated the long-term results of intravesical oxybutynin chloride use in children with neurogenic bladders who could not tolerate or whose conditions were refractory to oral therapy.Materials and Methods: reviewed our experience 28 (myelomeningocele 27 imperforate anus 1) presented urinary incontinence and/or elevated bladder pressures intermittent catheterization anticholinergic medication. Intravesical was administered each child by instillation 5 mg. crushed 10 cc sterile saline 2 times daily during catheterization.Results: Seven patients (25 percent) secondary side effects.
