摘要: The strict regulation of emission levels demands the development novel catalysts and techniques to remove soot from exhaust gas. Three-dimensionally ordered macroporous SmMn2O5 (3DOM SMO) mullite with large pore sizes interconnected frameworks were designed synthesized successfully by applying carboxyl-modified colloidal crystal templates, tested for combustion reaction. catalytic performance was evaluated using temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO) reaction technology under “loose” contact conditions. Meanwhile, physical chemical properties characterized means XRD, SEM, BET, XPS, O2-TPD H2-TPR. thermostability polymer templates investigated TG measurements. results SEM images showed that template CPMMA-5% exhibited desirable decomposition temperature hexagonal close-packed structure. 3DOM SMO prepared as overall highest activity combustion. corresponding T50 366 °C CO2 selectivity 99.5%. H2-TPR measurements indicated higher mobility better reducibility surface adsorbed oxygen on sample than other specimens, leading its enhanced performance.
