摘要: The invention relates to a high-bandwidth multi-mode fiber which comprises core layer and wrapping layer, is characterized in that the refractive index profile of parabola shape, distribution alpha 2.0-2.3, radius R1 23-37 [mu]m, maximal relative difference [delta]1max center 0.9%-1.2%, thecore silica glass wherein Ge, P F are jointly doped, contribution [delta]P0 0.01% 0.30%, [delta]P1 at junction inner 0.01%-0.30%, content consistent with edge, used as negative dopant, doping amount gradually increased direction from [delta]F0 0.0% -0.1%, [delta]F1 edge -0.40% -0.20%. material composition cladding structure rationally designed, chromatic dispersion reduced, bandwidth performance improved, attenuation reduced.
