摘要: Force-displacement curves have been obtained with a commercial atomic force microscope at different temperatures and probe rates on thick film of poly(n-butyl methacrylate) two films polystyrene molecular weight. In previous publication [B. Cappella, S.K. Kaliappan, H. Sturm, Macromolecules 38 (2005)1874] the analysis force-displacement has focused stiffness Young's modulus samples. present we consider temperature dependence work adhesion. We master adhesion fixed maximum loads and, by comparing results analysis, show that follows Williams-Landel-Ferry equation same coefficients previously found for modulus.
