摘要: We present data on the concentration, isotope composition and homogeneity of boron in NIST silicate glass reference materials SRM 610 612, powders glasses geological JB-2 (basalt) JR-2 (rhyolite). Our are intended to serve as references for both microanalytical wet-chemical techniques. The δ11 B compositions determined by N-TIMS P-TIMS agree within 0.5% compare with SIMS 2.5%. profiles demonstrate better than = 2% glasses, however a slight depletion was detected towards outermost 200 μm rim each sample wafer. 612 were indistinguishable. Glasses produced this study fusing powder also showed good homogeneity, between different fragments. Their major element abundance well concentrations identical those starting composition. Hence, (glasses) situ measurement isotopes can be from already well-studied volcanic samples without significant fractionation. Oxygen ratios, wafers, uniform. In contrast boron, differences oxygen found two which may due amounts trace oxides added at ten-fold concentration levels matrix.
