摘要: The aim of this study was to examine neurotoxicity indocyanine green (ICG). We assessed viability primary cerebellar granule cell culture (CGC) exposed ICG test two mechanisms that could be the first triggers causing neuronal toxicity: imbalance in calcium homeostasis and degree oligomerization molecules. have observed CGC after exposure 75-125μΜ dose application sequence dependent protective effect Gadovist on surviving neurons vitro when used with ICG. Spectroscopic studies suggest major cause toxicity is connected oligomers formation. at concentration 25 μM (which about 4 times higher than highest brain applied in-vivo human studies) not neurotoxic culture.
