RESULTS: Between May 1 2004 March 31 2005 636 food- insecure adults were enrolled. Food was associated better therapy. Two hundred fifty-eight 366 (70%) in group achieved a ratio 95% or greater versus 79 166 (48%) controls (relative risk = 1.5; confidence interval: 1.2 1.8). This finding unchanged after adjustment sex age baseline count World Health Organization stage hemoglobin. We did not observe significant effect on cell response. CONCLUSIONS: suggests that providing ART is feasible medication. large randomized study clinical benefits urgently needed inform international policy.
