摘要: Abstract The interfacial properties of the negatively charged dimyristoyl-phosphatidylglycerol (DMPG) and zwitterionic dimyristoyl-phosphatidylcholine (DMPC) vesicles mixed with fusion inhibitor lysomyristoylphosphatidylcholine (LMPC) are investigated by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). At 35 °C, addition 20 mol% LMPC to DMPG increases effective concentration water in layer from 19.3 M 27.7 M, whereas case DMPC-LMPC vesicle DMPC only changes 15.1 M 18.4 M. hydrogen bonding structure both DMPG-LMPC becomes stronger an increasing fraction vesicles. average area per phospholipid decreases vesicles, while it as proportion increases. inhibitory nature biological comes increase surface hydration, well dynamic cone shape bilayer.
