摘要: National guidelines for treatment of ascites, spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, hepatorenal syndrome, and hyponatremia have been approved by the Danish Society Gastroenterology Hepatology. Ascites develops in approximately 60% patients with cirrhosis during a 10 year period is frequently associated complications that determine course disease prognosis. These evidence-based are divided two parts consider definitions, pathophysiology, diagnostic aspects, treatment, prophylaxis.
