摘要: This chapter first presents the general pathophysiology of avascular necrosis (AVN) femoral head. Extensive discussion different manifestations AVN follows, including Legg-Perthes disease, Gaucher sickle cell disease and other hemoglobinopathies, corticosteroid-induced osteonecrosis, in treated developmental hip dislocation, posttraumatic head necrosis, osteomyelitis septic arthritis, dysplasia.
