摘要: Abstract : We received three classes of guidelines we found to optimize long-term retention. The first class concerned ways the conditions training. discussed general in this class. contextual interference found, for example, with random sequences tasks as opposed fixed or predictable sequences. second training parts a task versus whole task. third distinction between generating and reading. strategies used. that require deliberate retrieval from memory, promotes efficient encoding maximizes attain direct access, automatic retrieval, memory. several domains achieving automaticity requires extensive practice. Further, even when appears after practice, mediators may still continue exert their influence.
