Dielectric measurements, Raman scattering and surface studies of Sm-doped SrTiO3 single crystal

摘要: Abstract The frequency and temperature dependences of dielectric properties SrTiO 3 :Sm were investigated over the range from 80 kHz to 10 MHz 30 K 300 K. Raman spectroscopic investigations performed in a wide (25 K RT) (30–150 cm −1 ). T- behavior broad band has been studied detail. Surface single crystal was treated by quasistationary compression plasma flow produced magnetoplasma compressor. To investigate microstructure morphology samples SEM techniques used both with XRD analysis. It observed that quasi-ordered structures formed on surface about 1 μm size.
