摘要: Two basically different systems have been described by which chloroplast preparations are able to synthesize ATP in the light: cyclic and noncyclic photophosphorylation (2, 3). Other producing Jight, e.g. pseudocyclic (or aerobic) oxidative photophosphorylations might only be variations of 2 basic types (26, 27). A main feature true chloroplasts is its resistance DCMU3 CMU (16), inhibitors photosynthetic 0 production (5, 29). According concept light reactions photosynthesis (8, 11, 15, 32) this DCMU means that should driven first reaction not depend oln second onie, responsible for splitting water. Such evidence has obtained Tagawa et al. (22) ferredoxincatalyzed preparations. In spite a vast literature on vitro, much less known about vivo. The best vivo following glucose assimilation Chlorella (13,14) leaf discs (.18), acetate Chlamydobotrys (19, 31), .inhibition photoreduction AnkistrodesZnus (6), light-enhanced p32 incorpo-ratioi -in Helodea dentsa (20). paper question was investigated whether type observed also occurs influence antimycin dependent assimila-
