摘要: We have studied numerically the penetration depth of quantum spin hall edge states in chiral honeycomb nanoribbons based on Green’s function method. The changing orientation from armchair to zigzag direction decreases drastically. is used estimate the gap opened for finite-size effect. Beside this, we also proposed a nonlocal transistor zigzag-like ribbons which current carried at one and manipulation by magnetization other edge. difficulty that unstable presence ballistic can be removed this manipulation.
