摘要: The article discusses the influence of ‘North Atlantic’ youth justice policy and practice on nation states in central Europe both within European Union those that may be wishing to join future. There is particular emphasis how concept risk hegemony ‘risk factor prevention paradigm’ can practice. ‘RNR’ model (‘risk, ‘need’ ‘responsivity’) also discussed. examines what extent this helpful as a template for some features are ‘misplaced translation’ globalized.
