摘要: We report the case of a 62-year-old woman with history ST-elevation myocardial infarction who underwent 68Ga-Pentixafor PET/CT for characterization postinfarct inflammation. incidentally demonstrated marked CXCR4 expression in space-occupying lesion right upper lobe. Corresponding 18F-FDG showed increased metabolism, and subsequent biopsy revealed non-small cell lung cancer. Immunohistochemistry confirmed that was highly expressed on tumor cells. is novel CXCR4-targeted probe PET imaging CXCR4-positive tumors holds promise staging prognostic stratification. radionuclide therapy represents option metastasized diseases.
